Terms & Conditions

EFFECTIVE DATE: OCTOBER 17, 2026

These terms apply to your use of LuigiTheChef.com and to the culinary services, gift cards and products we offer. Please read them carefully. By using the site, booking a service or placing an order, you agree to them.

SECTION 1Who We Are

SECTION 2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to book services or place orders.

SECTION 3Our Services

Luigi The Chef offers private dining, celebrations, catering, weekly meal prep, private jet catering and related culinary services in Las Vegas, Nevada, Madrid, Spain and other locations by arrangement. Menus, photos, pricing and availability shown on the site are for guidance and may change. Each service is confirmed only by a written proposal or service agreement.

SECTION 4Bookings & Service Agreements

A consultation does not reserve a date. Your date is reserved once you accept our written proposal or service agreement and pay the required deposit. The agreement sets out the menu, guest count, price, deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms for your event. If anything in your agreement differs from these terms, your agreement controls.

SECTION 5Pricing & Payments

Prices on the English version of this site are in US dollars and prices on the Spanish version are in euros, unless stated otherwise. Unless your proposal says otherwise, prices do not include applicable taxes, gratuity, travel, equipment rentals, staffing beyond what is quoted, or specialty ingredients. Online payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors.

All deposits are nonrefundable.

SECTION 6Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms for each event are set out in your service agreement. Changes to the date, guest count or menu are subject to availability and may change the price. If we must cancel your event for reasons within our control, we will refund all amounts you have paid for that event, including the deposit.

SECTION 7Your Responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information about your event, guest count, venue and any allergies or dietary needs; to provide safe access to a suitable kitchen or workspace where the service requires it; and to obtain any venue permissions needed for the event.

SECTION 8Allergies & Dietary Needs

Please tell us about every allergy, intolerance and dietary restriction in writing before your event. We take great care, but food may be prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens, including nuts, shellfish, dairy, eggs, gluten and soy, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. You are responsible for sharing this information with your guests.

SECTION 9Food Safety & Leftovers

Meals are prepared following safe food-handling practices. Once food has been delivered or served, its storage and reheating are your responsibility. Please follow any instructions we provide.

SECTION 10Gift Cards

Gift cards can be applied toward Luigi The Chef services as described at purchase and do not expire. They carry no fees, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Bookings made with a gift card are subject to availability.

SECTION 11Merchandise

Store products are printed to order by our fulfillment partners, so colors may vary slightly from the images. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size, except where the law gives you that right.

SECTION 12Consumers in Spain & the EU

If you are a consumer in Spain or elsewhere in the European Union, you have the legal rights given by Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), and nothing in these terms limits them. In particular:

  • You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. This right does not apply to catering and other leisure services for a specific date or period, to services that have been fully performed with your prior consent, or to goods made to your specifications or personalized. You may withdraw from an unused gift card within 14 days of purchase.
  • To withdraw, send a clear statement to Luigi@Luigithechef.com within the 14-day period. We will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method. For merchandise, you must return the goods within 14 days and pay the direct cost of return.
  • Goods sold to consumers carry a legal guarantee of conformity for 3 years from delivery.

The deposit and cancellation terms above apply to EU consumers to the extent permitted by these laws.

SECTION 13Photos & Content

All text, photos, videos, recipes and logos on this site belong to Luigi The Chef or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. We may photograph the food we prepare for our portfolio, and we will never photograph your guests or your home or publish such photos without your consent.

SECTION 14Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means, or using it for unlawful purposes. We try to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

SECTION 15Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luigi The Chef is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a service or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

SECTION 16Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, illness, travel disruption or government action. If this happens, we will work with you to reschedule, or refund amounts paid for services we could not provide.

SECTION 17Governing Law & Disputes

Services provided in the United States and use of this website from the United States are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Clark County, Nevada. Services provided in Spain are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.

SECTION 18General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted when you book or order applies to that booking or order.
